     ·  Nu există șampon la baie la camerele duble. Lichidul de la duș nu este și pentru scalp, din păcate.

     ·  Breakfast was great and bed and shower were comfortable. We liked the little chocolate and little amenities in the room and welcome drink
     ·  Maybe it is our fault because we pushed by accident the wrong light so our room didn't get cleaned during our stay. It would also be nice to provide a few more options in the room for water, and decaf coffee and herbal tea and milk like some hotels do.

     ·  De cate ori am avut nevoie de ajutor in vederea rezervarii,am avut tot sprijinul personalului,dar mai ales a dnelor Adriana ( manager) si Andreea ( marketing). Familia noastra ( inclusiv catelul) se simte ffff bine la dvs. Cele doua doamne sunt sufletul si inima echipei…sunt peste tot…atente cu clientii si se asigura sa fie curat ,mediul ambiental sa fie cat mai bun… tocmai de aceea am ales sa facem cele mai importante sărbători la dvs, inclusiv revelionul. Multumim pentru tot si in continuare sa fie tot asa !
