· Great location and rooms, style of hotel, breakfast· The staff were not very friendly or welcoming (except for waitress in restaurant). We stayed at the Intercontinental and the service was exceptional. Your staff represents not only your hotel but your country (for international visitors) A smile and pleasant greeting goes a long way. We had 3 rooms and I requested 2 separate beds in 2 different rooms (The first room "corner room" was great; the 2nd room that was offered had a sofa bed which I confirmed via email before we arrived. However, when we arrived, the bed was not turned down and there were no sheets, pillows or blanket for the sofa. The receptionist took me to the supply room and I made my own bed but was still charged an extra 20 euros) This was very frustrating because I was exhausted after a long journey. Your country is beautiful and Romanians are very friendly. Your hotel should reflect that.Stayed August 2024 -

· Este a treia oara cand ma cazez la Schuster si nu imi doresc sa stau in alta parte cand vizitez Brasovul. De departe, este cea mai buna unitate de cazare din Romania.Stayed September 2024 -
