· Over all our experience at the hotel was excepcional, from our reception , our room the delicious breakfast which has variety of choices and specially the personnel so helpful, kind and friendly, thankyou Adriana and the team, they make feel us as at home. Extraordinary accommodation, great customer service & you can just feel they're all genuine & lovely people showing lots of respect for their work (and such values are hard to get by in life), great breakfast options, exceptional SPA services & treatments' options, beautiful 1800s building and location (personally, I love the architectural style, the preservation & restauration done which blends perfectly also with the sustainability direction they have chosen for this place); 5*****Dear Guest, Thank you so much for this extraordinary review! · As vrea sa pot da o nota de 10 cu felicitari pe care sunteti indreptatiti sa il primiti ( locatie, design, personal ) insa sunt cateva aspecte care pot fi imbunatatite· Patul foarte bouncy...se misca nu te poti odihni. Lenjeria de slaba calitate. Perne inferioare calitativ. Acarieni ( sunt aparate care pot masura nivelul si aparate de sterilizat/indepartati la nevoie ). In camera 212 baia miroase extrem de urat. Remdiate puteti fi la superlativDragi oaspeti, Vă mulțumim sincer pentru recenzia detaliată și pentru cuvintele frumoase despre locație, design și personal. Apreciem foarte mult feedback-ul dumneavoastră și ne pare rău pentru neplăcerile întâmpinate în camera 212. Vom lua măsuri pentru a îmbunătăți calitatea patului, lenjeriei și pernelor, și vom investiga problema mirosului din baie. Sugestiile dumneavoastră sunt foarte valoroase pentru noi și ne ajută să ne îmbunătățim serviciile. Sperăm să avem ocazia să vă găzduim din nou și să vă oferim o experiență îmbunătățită.
