· A wonderful hotel, great staff, excellent breakfast· Every hotel except yours provided one bottle of complimentary water in each hotel throughout our stay in Romania. · O super experiență, locația este centrală, hotelul este renovat în stil art nouveau, mult lemn și cărămidă, micul dejun nu foarte divers dar bun, personalul excelent, voi reveni cu siguranță!· Lipsa parcării.Dragi oaspeti, Vă mulțumim mult pentru recenzia minunată! Suntem încântați să aflăm că ați avut o experiență plăcută la Schuster Boarding House și că ați apreciat stilul art nouveau al hotelului nostru. Ne bucurăm că micul dejun și personalul nostru au fost pe măsura așteptărilor dumneavoastră. Ne pare rău pentru inconvenientul legat de parcare și vă asigurăm că suntem în căutarea unor soluții pentru a îmbunătăți acest aspect. Așteptăm cu nerăbdare să vă primim din nou! · Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind ästhetisch gestaltet und strahlen eine angenehme Atmosphäre aus. Alles ist makellos sauber. Das Haus zeichnet sich aus durch seine ruhige Lage, seine unmittelbare Nähe zur Altstadt, durch die Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen, durch seinen ausgezeichneten Service sowie durch das hervorragende Frühstücksbuffet mit täglich wechselnden Speisen. Wir haben 12 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Bislang ist Schuster's Boarding House das beste Hotel, das wir in Rumänien kennengelernt haben. · The location and design of the hotel was excellent. Loved the welcome glass on arrival and VIP roof access. The breakfast was great - service and food selection.· Unfortunately when we returned to the room in the evening it was very warm. We tried the air conditioning which didn’t work so we shut the windows. The air conditioning still didn’t work and we now couldn’t open windows. We called reception who explained that there was a problem with air conditioning and opened one window. We both had a bad sleep with the sound of traffic and warmth. When we explained in the morning, we found the staff very defensive and not listening. We weren’t asking for anything other than understanding, empathy and improving service.Dear guests, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are delighted to hear that you appreciated our location, design, and breakfast offerings. However, we are truly sorry to learn about the discomfort you faced with the air conditioning and the response from our staff. · Aveti o locatie f misto. La mic dejun as da nota 7. Iar pt cafea, din pacate, nota 3. Rar am baut cafea mai rea :((( Cea din camera e corecta :)Dragi oaspeti, Va mulțumim mult pentru că ati ales să stati la Schuster Boarding House și pentru că v-ati făcut timp să ne împărtăsiti impresiile dumneavoastra! Ne bucurăm că ati apreciat locația noastră și că ati avut o experiență plăcută în cameră. Ne pare rău să aflăm că micul dejun și cafeaua nu au fost la înălțimea așteptărilor dumneavoastra, desi folosim cafea de specialitate Mabo, din Columbia, atent prajita si selectata. Apreciem feedback-ul dumneavoastra și vom lua măsuri pentru a îmbunătăți aceste aspecte. Sperăm să va avem din nou ca oaspete și să va oferim o experiență și mai bună. O zi frumoasă!
